    Works Great So Far!

A great recliner and just as nice as others that are much more expensive. One thing, though: For some strange reason, the assembly instructions are taped UNDER the base of the chair!

Decent chair for the price point

First box arrived before the second even shipped. Second box arrived a week after the first. Controls and instructions were in a box behind the footrest, which I overlooked until I inquired of the seller. They responded quickly, and humorously, to my inquiry. The back and sides slip on rather easily and securely. No tools needed. I have used this chair for six weeks now. The pleather is good quality and the stitching is excellent. The seat, back and armrests are made of dense foam and while comfortable do show signs of use. I think I finally have the chair broken in. The footrest works well enough, but it took several weeks for me to figure out the how to close it. I have to sit up, scoot back all the way in the seat, rock back a little as I kick both heels back against the footrest to get the catch to work. This is a minor inconvenience. The chair is quite stable and sturdy. I am six feet tall and weigh 290 pounds and it supports me securely. There is no engineered detent, cam lock, or stop for the recline position and I have been unable to enjoy the fully reclined position as the chair back inevitably comes up part of the way as I lie in the chair. I note that my center of gravity may be lower than most folks, and those not as big around as I am might not have this experience. The position I wind up in is fine for television viewing. The vibrator and heating feature is a gimmick that did not figure in my decision to purchase this chair, so their limited function is not a disappointment. The vibration is not a reason to purchase this chair either. I would not buy this chair again, and would not have bought it had I been able to try it out before buying it. This is a matter of how I fit the chair rather than how it fits me. The seat seems a little flat, like the foam covers a flat surface rather than springs, and I feel as though I sit ON the seat rather than IN the seat. It is not uncomfortable, though. That said, it is a quite satisfactory and usable rocker recliner which I will keep and use. I will do a follow up review in a few more months regarding its durability.

    Above average but not great

Ive had this recliner for 2 years now. The materials are very nice and the motors work very well however, the recliner doesnt go back all the way flat which is a problem for people with back issues. Wouldve been nice if the leg motor raised above 3/4inches to relive some pressure as well. Good recliner but i feel you can find better.

    Beautiful chair.

Hard to get the chair back down after lifting up the foot rest. Maybe after a little use, it will become a little easier. I hope.
