The price pricing around this area in town was way out of my reach the price on this product was incredible the quality is beyond anything it is so comfortable I keep falling asleep in it thank you so much for having this and the quality
This is not a large chair . Wasnt hard to assemble , little awkward , but relatively easy. Its a little loud when you have the massage feature turned on, so turn the TV volume up. Its soft, and fairly durable thus far. This is not a chair for a large or tall person. The vibration feature, is a vibration, not a massage , and the heat is relaxing. My little dog can barely sit next to me, my little grandson , gets squished so ends up in my lap. Its pretty , it doesnt take up much room , and over all fairly comfortable, and easy to get out of. Recommend as far as a decent chair for the price, but next time Ill spend a little more money for a larger recliner .
The product was shipped and arrived much earlier than anticipated. The exterior arrived in brand new condition. Not a mark on the rocker/recliner. However, the massage function on the back section was not functioning. I asked for, and am receiving, a new back section. It looks as if the new piece will be here very quickly. It is quite simple to replace since the R/R has six main pieces, all interlocking to make one unit. All/in/all it was a good experience dealing with the seller, even though there were a few bumps along the way. I would purchase again from this seller.
Easy to assemble. Not wide enough for a really big person. It does not recline all the way back. Footrest hits mid calf and im 59. I like the usb phone charger in the remote. Its nice looking but overall just not as wide or long as I wanted.
This is a very nice, comfortable chair, exactly as described. No trouble with assembly, everything fit together perfectly. Not overly large, but large enough. Rocks and swivels whisper quiet. Best part though is with seller, Shefa Crafts Inc. Had a little difficulty with delivery / not their fault though, but they promptly offered accommodation and a satisfactory resolution. Very rapid and courteous response to emails, very eager to please the customer. If I ever need to buy another chair, I know where to go. Best seller I ever purchased from. Thanks.
