    Comfy and cozy chair!

My chair arrived in good condition. We could not find the directions or the two remotes at first. The remotes were under the chair, hidden away, and the directions were in one of the two boxes, but hard to find, too. The cream vinyl looks good. The heat is great. The massage feels good, but it makes a growling noise. The up-and-down remote has green lights, which can be like nightlights if you leave it up on the seat. You must keep the two heavy boxes to return with warranty, so you need a place to store them. All in all, Im quite happy with it.

My dad loves this chair- it helps him significantly

I am not someone who like to assemble anything but this chair is so easy to put together. I followed a video on YouTube and did it in less than 15 minutes!

You get what you pay for.

I bought this recliner 23 months ago. It has done exactly what it said it would do. It is comfortable and nice looking. Aside from that it is not going to hold up for years like furniture made in the 50s and 60s, but it will last 5 to 10 years with good care. Ive had to touch up a few spots with vinyl repair because of grandkids and a very annoying cat. I just recently had to contact customer service because I pinched the heat and vibrate controller and rendered it useless. This is something you need to be aware of and be careful youre not coming down on the cord. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new controller. They let me know it was out of warranty and it would be $25. I was okay with that. The first one they sent was a badly reconditioned controller. Upon receipt I contacted them to let them know I wasnt happy. They immediately sent out a brand new controller. So to sum it up, the chair is exactly what you paid for, nothing more, nor less. Their customer service on the other hand is top notch. If youre looking for something to last 20- 50 years dont buy it, but if you need a lift chair with heat and massage for your elderly parents its a good investment.

    Very good Lift Chair

Smaller in the seating area, reclines well the lift goes so high that you are standing up when finished, very quiet, my opinion not recommended for anyone over 510

    Amazing Chair for the price

Bought this for husband who has congestive heart failure, diabetes and COPD. His legs were swollen with sores weeping due to circulation. This chair has been amazing! Within a few weeks of use, his legs lost swelling and sores healed due to chair reclining. Heart doctor was extremely impressed with his progress at last appointment. Bonus is added heat and massage control! Id definitely recommend this chair.

    Great value for the money

This lift chair has so many features that others did not. It is a nice-looling piece of furniture. The price was less than we paid for our recliners. Great value for the money. Couldnt be more satisfied.

    Excellent customer service

My wife and I are both 91 years old and bought two of these chairs. It was becoming difficult to get out of our old chairs. The chairs came in two boxes, and were quite easy to assemble. They are very comfortable and easy to operate. A couple of months after we started to use the chairs the remote cable that controls the heat and vibration got caught in the lifting mechanism and was severed. I contacted the sellers customer service to find out how to get a replacement. They promptly sent me a new remote after I sent them a photo of the severed cable, no questions asked. This kind of service was new to me however I would caution any on who purchases the chair to take the time to route the cables carefully so that they are not close to the lifting mechanism.
