Did a ton of research reading reviews buy it you wont be disapointed I live out in CO where you get the microbursts of wind this umbrella isnt going anywhere make sure to buy the base it seems expensive but well worth it easy to assemble and cover that comes with it easy to take on off and be sure to remove packing or its not going up
Very happy with this purchase / easy to operate, great size. We bolted ours to the wooden deck, so additional base was not necessary for our use.
We have now had this umbrella for approximately one year; it is still operating well. I recently had a question for the company; they responded quickly and were very helpful.
Very pleased with this purchase. Love the umbrella, bought the stand made for this umbrella also by . It provides great shade for our deck. We needed something very adjustable and this umbrella works. Customer service is great. We were missing some hardware when the package arrived due to some rough handling in transit. We contacted the company and missing pieces were sent right away.
It recently fell over and one of the plastic parts that holds the cloth onto the frame broke. The manufacturer just sent me a replacement part. Back to new, a great umbrella!
