This storage bed frame overall is good. I decided on this one because I was looking for a black one with storage drawers which I couldnt find any other so I got this one. One thing to keep in mind is that this is laminate wood, painted black. Which means the black laminate will chip off if not careful. I accidentally chipped little areas while assembling which thankfully arent that noticeable. I just painted over them with black sharpie and it blended pretty good. The assembly process itself is a little cumbersome because there is a lot of parts but I was expecting that. Also, the storage drawers seem to be out of alignment. I think I read on the manual that there is a way to align them but to be honest it looked tedious so I just left as is. Like I said, overall its pretty good. Just gotta be careful not to scratch it.
1 YEAR LATER EDIT: I just had a great experience with customer service which made me change my rating from 4 to 5 stars! So overall, this bed frame has been excellent and held up nicely. Heres the story; there was one night that I left one of the drawers open and fell asleep, well in the morning when I woke up I got off my bed and crushed the drawer (completely my fault). However, I reached out to Customer Service via email and they very easily sent me a replacement bracket for my drawer which bent up. They didnt charge me a cent and quickly sent me the part. I was amazed at how easy it was, specially since it was almost a year later! Wow. I will say though that they asked me for the manuals printed date stamp and model number so dont throw away your manual in case you ever need parts. I highly recommend this product.
The frame was very easy to put together and designed to be very sturdy. Instructions gave solutions to any troubles that occurred such as the out of roundness of the drawers which was an easy fix.
One of the drawers did come damaged with part of the material and paint chipped off, but nothing structural. It could be packed a little better to prevent pieces from rubbing and scratching.
We needed the platform to place our queens size mattress on. It looks modern and sleek. Luckily my husband is very handy and the assembly was fairly easy. It is sturdier than we thought. The drawers are great! They are not too deep, but there is 6 of them.
Overall we are very satisfied with it!!!

Really good for storage but got very squeaky very soon. Also the wood panels were not a very accurate size and kept falling and moving.

Exactly what I was looking for
Took a couple hours to build but it looks great and works fantastic. Holds up my new memory foam mattress effortlessly and I get real good sleep.
