The motor piston on the chair broke after only 3 months of use. The Seller suggested that I purchase a new motor from them. Why would I purchase a new motor from the company that sold me a defective chair in the first place. I should have heeded the one star reviews of the Seller.
I never signed up to get old, but older I got. Along with that came issues that meant I could no longer easily sit or rise from a chair.
Ive needed a lift-chair and found this one. Excellent value for a quality product!
It doesnt move quickly but it gets me up when I need to get up. The massage feature is more relaxing than I thought it would be!
I bought this for my mom who was having hip surgery. While it did the trick getting her up and out of the seat, she has complained that the seat itself isnt comfortable and that you can feel the metal frame through the cushions. I just gave it a try and she is correct. The cushion also slants downward to the right which throws your body off balance. I gave it a 3 because the material is soft and the motor it functioning well. Im going to check to see if it can be returned as she is not comfortable sitting in it. If not, I guess we will buy a separate seat cushion.
This chair was a gift for my mom for mothers day. She absolutely loves it. Shes a very short woman and fits her to a T. Much better than I had expected as a purchase sight unseen. Thinking of getting my dad one now.
So far... Ive found this very nice. Everything works well. I ordered the gray and find the color quite nice and the feel of the micro fiber covering material very luxurious.
After some wear-in, Ill update this to reflect any changes.

A Sturdy Chair That Looks As Nice As It Functions!

Im a small person 411 and it fits me just fine. It is very sturdy and looks great in my living room. My dog loves it too.
Not great for a tall person
Nice chair but if someone is over 5 ft 10 not accommodating. Really made for a much shorter person.

So far so good , cord for the controls could be one foot longer a comfortable chair does what it supposed to do

My husband has ALS and his mobility is limited, I thought this would be a good fit for him, he says it is uncomfortable, over stuffed I think.
