    Haven’t received my whole product

I only received one piece of this product and it’s been a month that I haven’t received the actual bed part yet

    Missing half a couch

Everything was great while putting it together until I realized the entire sectional part of the couch was not included in the package I got.

    This couch is very uncomfortable

This is not something enjoyable to sit on. Its not very deep, so as a 5-11 tall person I cant lean back and I feel like im sitting on a ledge. Its also not soft. Not bad when using as a bed, for this reason (although its brand new for me). Storage is its saving grace.

    Couch doesn’t connect

My only issue is I didn’t know that the couch doesn’t connect. I had to buy couch connectors because it kept sliding all over and the L piece and the long piece kept separating.

It’s not even funny, don’t waste your money.

Update! I had my brother in law come over and fix the weird back flexing issue. The ranch smell has finally gone away, and the comfortability isn’t as terrible with added plush pillows and blankets. The instructions are crap. You gotta use the washers on the bottom of the couch where the screws connect! The design of the couch isn’t wonderful. But hey, you get what you pay for. Overall not a bad couch. Not great. But not bad. 1.) The back rests are so unsupported by the overall “design” of the couch, I can’t lean back at all. 2.) it smells like ranch 3.) it’s not comfortable. If a carnival stuffed animal were a couch, it would be this. Will be returning it, or burning it. Can’t decide.

Decent but far from the best

At the time of this, Ive had the couch less than 2 months. Shipping, it comes in 4 boxes. One box didnt arrive, had to reorder, then refuse 3 of the boxes. Now that I have waited a month, I finally have the thing assembled. That is where this clock starts ticking. It is fairly light weight, this means the quality of wood is not the best. It is not the most sturdy furniture you will find. Far from it. Cushions- For some inane reason, they are attached to the cover. Trying to get them disconnected is a real pain in the ....neck (to avoid the profanity filter). Kid spilled some juice. Washed the whole cushion as I could get it detached. It did come out completely. So the fabric is pretty good. Comfort - meh, its a bit too upright for my tastes, Up sit like you are in a formal tea ceremony. Straight up. Cushions themselves are pretty comfortable. The cushions do tend to slide out, but easy to put back in. Sturdiness- now we get to the nuts and bolts...or rather cheap wood. I (200lbs) sat down on one of the supports (underside supports that line up roughly where the cushions meet on top. Loud crack. Honestly, its more comfortable now, no hard line under your butt. Butt...now I have to reinforce it so it doesnt completely break. Great starter couch for kids (unless they jump on it- but of course, kids never jump on furniture). If you are 100lbs sopping wet...probably a good buy. If you are an average weight man (175) this couch will break. Another annoying thing is this is a two piece couch, but no way to connect them and prevent them from sliding apart. I solved this with $20 of locking C clamps from Lowes. This allows for me to reverse the chaise lounge without drilling holes or breaking the fabric anywhere. Biggest complaint is the weakness of the wood. Buyer beware. Update (4 days after posting the main review). I was sitting on the couch. I had already reinforced the broken support. I adjusted how I was sitting and hear a second loud crack. Surprise, broke a second support. So tomorrow I get to brace that one as well. $600 wasted. They will only take returns IF it is in the original boxes. Guess I am going to Frankenstein this thing with as much REAL wood and metal supports as I can.

Product flaw not shown in photos ...

There are some things I love about this sofa, and two things I do not. LOVES: - Easy to put together (I was able to put it together myself even though they suggest two people) - Large (big enough for two full grown adults) - Communication (company answers e-mails in a timely fashion and is very polite!) - Comfy (great for lounging, reading, work, watching movies, etc.) DISLIKES: - Design flaw: When the supplemental bed portion of the sofa is extended, there is a gap between that part and the rest of the sofa, as you can see in the pictures attached. I contacted and they sent me a lovely e-mail apologizing and stating that this IS part of the design of the sofa, but they hope to fix it in the future. We got this sofa not just for visitors but because my husband occasionally likes to sleep in the living room if he gets home late, so this makes it less convenient for that purpose. - The base of the storage box is not actually connected to the rest of the sofa. You place a plastic liner inside the opening of the sofa, and it rests on the floor.

    Instructions not helpful

Great sofa but the assembly is horrible. Instructions were not very helpful and left me with pieces not fitting in certain areas. I’m very handy so it’s usually not tough for me to assemble furniture but I struggled with this one. Great sofa though.

    Decent but cheap

This will work since It’s just my husband and I. Would not recommend for a big family it’s not very sturdy. Would look good in a sitting room with not a lot of traffic. The seats are not very deep and while sitting on it, feels like a kids couch because it’s sits low. Came in 4 boxes, decently easy assembly. The couch part does NOT connect to the chaise lounger. It is built as 2 separate pieces and no way to screw then together so they will slide apart. The feet are cheap plastic and not solid wood, just doesn’t feel sturdy. Pillow cushions are thin.
