I really like this product. My boyfriend and I put this together in under an hour and my boys loved it! Im five foot and I stand at least 4 inches taller so very close to the ground for those worried about their little ones falling a long distance from the top bunk. I did have to wait the full delivery estimated time. So about 2 weeks. Im happy with the quality of wood and how sturdy it is.
This bunk bed is so great. It was easier to assemble than I had expected. I was looking at getting a Pottery Barn bunk bed, but chose this one because of the price, reviews, and also because we were able to choose what side we wanted for the ladder (can't even begin to understand how Land of Nod/Crate Kids, PB, RH don't allow for some bunk ladders to be switched to opposite side!).
The bunk is darling. We love that the ladder is detachable so that our two year old cant climb up
it. We thought the instructions were fine. I purchased the bunk through the website. We had a small issue with the curtain we ordered. Their customer service has been outstanding. Quick replies and quick resolutions of the issue.
This bed is perfect for my 2 and 7 year old! We had my 2 year olds twin bed on the floor so I was looking for this type of sleeping option, low loft with space for another bed underneath. I've only seen low lofts with storage space underneath, but thanks to ... I'm very pleased. I thought it was going to be pretty low, but it's a really good size without being too high up close to the ceiling. Easier to make the bed at this height too, and it's so much nicer than just having a twin bed on the floor. There is also plenty of clearance so that my 2 year old can sit up without hitting the top. I love that we can remove the ladder when needed so the younger one can't climb up and the older one can jump down without it. The quality is amazing. Money well spent!
This bed is great! It took two hours to put together. A second person was needed to hold some pieces in place while I tightened. I used an electric drill with hex bit and torque setting so I couldn't over tighten. It would have taken a lot longer to put together and my fingers would have been worn out from all the turning without it.
It has a water based finish so smells nice. All the holes lined up perfectly and all hardware plus extra screws and wood pegs were included.I would buy this again and would recommend to family and friends.
This bed has exceeded my expectations on how sturdy it is. My daughter loves her bunk bed and no longer argues about going to bed and the top only being 50 tall it works eith my lower ceilings up stairs. Expensiv3 but worth it.
This is a great bunk bed for a young child. Its cute and sturdy, and my daughter loves it. What the other reviews said is correct, though. The instructions arent very destailed and the pieces arent all labeled (although the instructions do actually tell you everything you need to know, you just have to really carefully compare the piece youre using to the picture). And the wood is very soft, so its easy to scratch with the screws (but after assembly, how many sharp metal objects are going to be in your childs bedroom). Im very happy with it!
