UPDATE/Weeks now I have been going back and forth with Customer Service. Upfront, I respect their Customer Service Team (5 Stars in my book) because they have taken ownership of the issue and done everything they can to remedy the problem. They even sent a replacement trampoline which upon its first use also exhibited the same problem of legs shaking loose.
So, the problem is not Customer Service, the problem is the leg design and manufacturing needs improvements made to it that will not allow this problem to happen.
If anyone out there is having the same problem, my recommendation is to put a bonding agent that will slow down the process of the legs coming loose, but will inhibit your ability to fold up the trampoline for storage.

After my first week of use, for safety measure, I check the legs before each use to make sure they are tightened and not loose.
Why? Because after about 10/15 minutes of doing a light/medium workout, the legs become significantly loose. I found out that around 20 minutes, the legs start falling off.
Im about 180 lbs, which is far from its weight limit, working out on a level gym matso I dont believe I am causing circumstances that are outside of the advertised ability of this product.
I now set a timer for 15 minutes and interrupt my workouts so that I do not break the trampoline, or worse, break my neck!
It was easy to unpack and install. I find it very stable and so far am enjoying the workouts. I am being mindful to gradually increase my time. Love this mini trampoline.
I love my trampoline! I cant get out everyday to walk and exercise but I can jump on my trampoline anytime day or night. Hot or cold weather. I feel so much better just getting myself moving. It is sturdy and was easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 20 mins. I still walk outside on beautiful days but I like having the option to get more exercise in in the evenings or mornings while watching tv. Highly recommend!
This is a very good exercise aid. I place it at backyard. It is stable and safe. During the pandemic, my daughter can have enough exercise at home, and she can lose weight and increase height.
It did break within two months after purchase. Seller was very helpful and understanding. A new trampoline was sent. My son loves it. This trampoline is a true life saver. Will advice to purchase warranty.

After 3 months we had to change the bar to different legs after it became so unstable due to much use. The connectors ( if saying correctly) were to wear off. So my guess, in about 6 months, all legs will be so wear off that it will be impossible to use the safety bar.

I was able to finally put the pieces together and it works well. Then they reached out to let me know that they have discovered other issues with the handlebar, and offered to replace the item with an updated version, or refund my money. I chose the refund. Overall, I am very happy with the conscientiousness of customer service. I find the trampoline itself to be in good condition and reliable, and I just dont use the handlebar.
After one and a half months of use two of the clips holding the mat together have broken off. Sent a message from the account to the seller with no response. Now trying from a different account, lets see what happens. It was great while it lasted. (Les than two months of use)
Update. The seller responded and provided an apology and a new produce. Wow aming customer support.

Im new to rebounding and I love it Im glad I purchased ! The price point is great and its perfect for my needs.
