I ordered this umbrella on 12.07.2021 and exactly 8 months later (on 7.07.2022) the umbrella broke! We always made sure we put it down and windy and took care of it. We all loved this umbrella very much, the looks, the functionality, and the solar power lights! The main problem is that it broke!

Does great job blocking the Sun but the lights on the inside I feel a little dim. You cant really see much of a difference until the sun goes fully down.
We had a seam let go. Customer service responded quickly to an email.
Replacement umbrella fabric sent to replace within 1 week.
To disassemble and install took about 30 minutes which included 1 adult beverage.
Very pleased with service.
My customer service experience with was aming! The cover became damages shortly after purchase and they replaced it quickly! Will definitely shop again.

Doesnt seem very sturdy but time will tell.
Not as many lights as the competition
The amount of lights on this was not as many as our previous one, and the fabric was not as heavy. It will fulfill a need.

The base is not included, the crank handles dont lock in, thats annoying. But the umbrella is great once you have it all together and up.
