Very well made.. Extremely comfortable. Massages and heat are a great addition.
Here are a couple of things I learned:
This comes in 2 boxes. One is very heavy. The instructions and power packs are under the heavy seat. Once you find the instructions, it is easy for 1-2 people to line up and assemble. (2 can more easily align the slots.)
I was pleased with the leather and did not find it slippery. Motors operate smoothly and quietly.. Overall much better quality and value than I expected and ji ust bought another one!
My husband has hart failure and was having difficultly breathing. This chair made it easy for him to elevate his head when needed. It is extremely comfortable and now that he is much better, I still often find him sleeping in this chair. The fact that you can adjust the head and foot separately makes it possible to get everything perfect. He is a side sleeper and he often gets curled up on his side in the chair.
The chair is very heavy. That makes it super stable and I dont have to worry about it falling over. Our master bedroom is upstairs. It came in two boxes and we were able to get it up the stairs by unboxing the chair and taking each piece individually. The base was the most difficult, but the two of us got it the stairs without help from our young neighbors.
The box delivered by UPS was severely damaged and there was a small hole in one arm.
The seller responded quickly and gave me a partial refund. Im very happy with this purchase!
The chair is great for my father who had a stroke and then heart attack. He is able to sleep in it when he wants and it lifts him right up to get into his powered chair
This is a first day review. The chair arrived in a week and a half. Last checked shipping status and it was at a Fed Ex facility in California at around 12:30 AM on Saturday. It was delivered around noon on Sunday the next day to Ft. Worth Texas. Unbelievable delivery. Comes in two boxes. Packing was great. No issues. Easy to set up. Took about 15 minutes total time. The chair operates quietly and smoothly and the heat and massage are great. We chose the gray fabric and looks great. Will give an update in a few months. For now its a great chair.
Update: This chair is so comfortable, I take afternoon naps in it! I LOVE IT!
What a fantastic chair!! I have Arthofibrosis and ruined my leather chair getting in and out of it. This chair lifts me out with ease! The dual motors are important for me, as it is very important to have full range of motion with footrest and headrest operating separately. I was surprised to find it has massage and heat, the style and reputable motors sold this to me.
Easy to put together, extremely comfortable, and looks great!! I did a lot of research on this product, and was willing to spend anything for comfort. This chair checked all the boxes!!.

I have MS and cannot get out of chair without assistance. This is actually my 3rd lift chair and so far my favorite.
