Instructions for assembly were not in a conspicuous place and were not that explicit. A bracket was bent upon arrival. Parts to the recliner arrived on separate days. I was not aware of this happening and thought that it was shipped with missing parts. I concluded that it was not a good idea for me to order this type of item online. Also, I am 5ft 3in and the foot rest does not completely accommodate my feet. The cost and quality did not seem worth the trouble for me.
This chair has saved my back from lifting many times. Fully reclines to a recumbent position which is great for my elderly mother to nap in.
I have had this chair for nearly year now and it has been wonderful. She is in it daily and has slept in it a few nights fully reclined. I stand behind it being the best thing I have gotten for her....and me!
This chair is great so far. The heat feels very good and add the vibration feature and its so relaxing. The lift feature is very smooth. Very good quality for the price!
Love how this company responded to my request to send sooner for my Ill family member. She loved it helped her get out of chair and swelling of her legs. The only thing I wish it had was a selection of which side to place the controls.
I would have preferred to have a place on the foot rest where I could put my heels so my knees were bent. I didnt think about this when I purchased the chair. Your feet kind of hang down and it get tiresome on your legs after a while.
What did you like? My husband really liked the comfort, smooth motion and lift of the chair. Or dislike? Having the option to move the remotes to either side, rather than for right hand use only, would be ideal. Also, being able to raise the feet higher in any lift position would be great too. What did you use this product for? The chair was purchased for my husband who had right-shoulder and bicep surgery. It is very difficult to use the lift remote with the left hand because the right hand is immobilized. The massage/heat remote is not used at all without assistance.
This is for the Dual Motor Lift Chair. Its a great chair. We got it for my 80 yo, 6 foot, 220 pound dad for Christmas 2020. Im writing this in May 2021. He has sat in it everyday, for most of the day for 5 months it looks the same as the day we got it. I put it together by myself that was not a problem. In fact we bought a 2nd chair for my mom recently because she loves how it goes flat.
We needed to contact the company back when I had ordered the wrong chair (read carefully - the cloth chairs have a different motor system)... they emailed me back quickly fixed my goof up.
I highly recommend this chair the company its from!!!
