I like it is easy to put together , comfortable the store sent it fast came a day a head of time . they gave me a fast refund for the other chair i ordered accidently. happy with everything about purchase
The chair came faster than expected. It was complete and easy to put together. It is not a large chair but is perfect for the size we needed. Everything works well, is comfortable and looks great.
I purchased this chair for my mother to sleep in when she visits. She has limited mobility and uses a hospital bed at home. This chair is fantastic! It goes completely flat and the vibration/ heating options are an added bonus.
The chair is easy to use and comfortable but I find the material irritating to my skin. For full zero gravity or to my flat you need about two feet behind the chair. The box did not include instructions and some parts (electric cords and connectors) were very hard to find within the chair. The metal base legs were chipped - black painted surfaces that will eventually rust I suspect. One of the plastic floor protectors was broken but they include extra ones in the box. THIS CHAIR DOES NOT HAVE A BATTERY BACKUP IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE AND I DO NOT SEE ONE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. It would be very difficult to get out of the chair when reclined if the power fails. With all that being said, I do love this chair!!!
