Bought for sleeping in post foot surgery. Hubby is non weight bearing and needs assistance getting up. Chair works well, according to him very comfortable, and he loves the heat and massage feature. He is 511 and it just fits in length.
Finish was very high quality and the chair very well made. Manufacturer was great in handling a double shipment problem...order was shipped from the factory and also shipped by . Return and shipment pickup and charges were made at no charge. Although the chair was smaller than anticipated and more firm than anticipated, operationally, it does everything as stated without any extensive delays.
My wife broke her left upper arm and we discovered how needy you are. This recliner saved the day. All the features still work and it looks nice.
If I remember right, some of it is manufactured in Germany and assembled in China. I dont know. What a mixed up world. Good quality.
Shipping is kind of a mystery, from china in 2 shipments, but it worked. We did have a problem with one of the metal posts that the back slides onto - bent at almost 90 degrees - but being desperate I bent it back so it worked.

Absolutely love this chair! Great price, easy to assemble, and very comfortable. Also was delivered within a few days. So far cant find any fault and am very pleased with my purchase.
The color is a rich cordovan and love the extra coordinated lumbar/neck pillow. Not leather as expected however, the fabric doesnt smell like any chemical and is supple and cool to the touch. Seat of the chair is Very comfortable. My husband is 6 and is still getting used to having his feet dangle over the footrest. Seemingly reclines to beyond horizontal for sleeping and very comfortable when lumbar pillow added in crease when in sleep position. The added lumbar heat element takes edge off cool fabric touch for the lumbar, as it doesnt heat up with body heat like leather, as its now cold weather.

Best feature for me, flattens out.
Footrest should rise about 6 inches higher. Other than that, the chair is perfect.
