I like the chair but cannot find where to order parts need a new control to move chair up and down. This one broke about a month ago. Would you please send me web site where I can order a newcontrol??
My sister has been shopping for the perfect chair for months. When I found this I couldnt resist. All the bells and whistles for the price of a standard recliner in the big box stores. Its perfect.
This recliner is just about perfect. Easy to assemble (make sure the arms lock in tight before attaching the back). I am very short (about 5) so my feet dont touch the floor when just sitting--making it imperative to raise the leg rest a bit so my legs/feet dont hang. But that is a typical problem for me. The back isnt too high, though, which is good. I dont have to use the electric lift to get out of the chair, yet, so cant comment about that feature. Its a relief to know I will have that capability if and when I need it. The upholstry is great and the design is unique, unlike polyester upholstry that pills terribly. The price is right and so far, so good! My grandkids were impressed, too.
This chair was purchased for my 84 year old mother. She fell and broke her hip a few years ago and has been having increased trouble getting out of her favorite chair so I purchased this in hopes that it would help. Family put the chair together and she has had it almost a month when I check on how she likes it I find pillows and blankets piled in the chair because its so hard it hurts her to sit in the chair. I said its all in your head cleaned the chair out and sat down. When I say this is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on its no exaggeration. Do not get this chair! I tried to return the chair to the seller. Mind you I paid 50.00 shipping to receive the chair they want me to pay 160 to return the chair for them to give me a 40.00 credit on a 500.00 chair.
I love my new chair. Ive never knew about a chair helping you stand! This chair is so comfortable, I stay on it for a while. It can recline towards the front to help you stand. I purchased this chair because of surgery so it would easy to stand up.
