The only thing is the seat cushion is a little stiff but that might be from needing to be broken in! Its not nearly as squishy as it looks in the photo but its better than some other mechanical recliners Ive dealt with! The assembly was really easy and straight forward too!
Bought two of these chairs. My husband has bad knees and needed extra support. They are comfy, and have all sorts of extra features including heat, and a port to charge your phone. Plus the switch is on the side of the chairno control device to lose in the chair. Great.
My son had stomach surgery and I bought this chair so it would make it easier for him to get up and down. He can also sleep in it. It has really been a life saver for him but could be a little more comfortable.
Elderly people are likely will have a difficult time for unpacking and assemble. The lift is very slow and massager is very weak. Not really comfortable for me due to poor design. Back cushion does not fit spine curvature.

Less than 6 months after item was purchased, a support in the chair back broke and have not heard back from seller after attempting contact several days ago.

The lift chair
I dislike the cause it only worked for there months and the motor went out. But lucky the manufacturer company fixed it in no time.
