A after 3 months the remote quit working . I contacted the cellar Power . And in just a few days we had a new remote . That the way it should be thanks Jim
The chair arrived in two heavy boxes, in good time, and were left in the driveway about 50 ft. from the front door. Assembly was relatively easy except that the instruction sheet could have been a little more helpful by STRESSING that the armrests were not identical. When approaching the upright position, I found myself sliding down. The material covering the seat did not offer much friction. There also was a side-to-side wobble as well as a bump when operating the up and down functions. Upon notifying the company and supplying a requested video of what I thought was a problem, I was advised this to be normal operational behavior.
Its very comfy but the cord on the remote could be longer, I dropped it on the floor and had to yell for someone to help by picking it up as the chair will not go down manually..
Cons: Their must be two motors to raise the chair because they dont appear to be in complete sink. When you put the chair up or down, there is a slight delay in one side so it has a bump. There is no battery backup. So, if there is a power outage, you are stuck in layed back position. Mom says its ok but not the best quality. Pros: The motor is quiet and the fabric is nice. (I did spray with scotchguard.)
Upper part of my chair broke. The company via email [from china] remedied the problem by sending an entire new upper chair in a completely reasonable amount of time [from Georgia] . Problem solved. Exceptional customer service when something went wrong. Seat is reasonably comfortable aside from the hidden massage buzzers which would be ineffective if they had to pad more. I live how the buzzing massage when it stops... I falling asleep as if I have been soothed to sleep. There are 5 buzz zones...even your legs. Doesnt recline flat but very close. Many a snooze so far in my chair. Didnt like the protective liner, sold separately. I got four my shedding dogs. It falls when the chair reclines and became a nuisance. Save your 35 on that piece. Otherwise happy enough. Probably get less bells and whistles on next chair when I need one. One more note. When my chair broke it was locked in lift position and there was no easy to lower it until the new part arrived. This was confirmed through my email with . No manual operation which I think was poor design.
The chair had a issue with the backrest but the supplier sent a complete new one. The new backrest works great and I am very please with the chair. Very friendly customer service when problem arrises and quick response to get issue resolved Would recommend this supplier!
We received the chair much faster than I expected. My husband was very pleased with all aspects of the chair, he needs the lift, etc. Very easy to put together. All was great, then we had a problem with the lift. I emailed them, could not have asked for better service. They did not question me about what happened, etc. I sent pictures, they sent part in record time. Very easy to put on. Happy husband.

What was broke is fixed and decent
