Nice looking, massage and heat are in great locations only problem is my head hangs over the headrest when laying back all the way, it feels like it was made for an Elderly person not someone who is healthy recovering for surgery and needs some assistance tell there better again.
Bought for mother. Easy to assemble. Great for ease of standing up. She didnt think she would want heat or massage but she loves those options. Very comfortable chair. Have only had for 2 weeks but she says worth every penny.
My chair came without the remote. sent me one but the chair wouldnt operate. They then sent me a replacement base unit. which promptly arrived. They worked with me on these two problems with the utmost efficiency and courtesy. I highly recommend them as this is a costly purchase and they were totally professional. I want to thank Alice who handled this for me.
Well i love this unit nut barely one month after receving it all motions stopped working. One good thing the seller is working with me to fix the problem. Nothing yet but they tell me there sending me anotber back rest thats where the control box is located. Just waiting to see. Theyve been realy good and easy to work with
So far we have been very pleased with the lift recliner. The color and material are exquisite and appears to be very durable. We purchased this chair for my 89 year old mother and she loves it. Especially the heat factor, she is always freezing. The chair also allows her to get up from a sitting position very easily. I hope it continues to work as efficiently as it is now.
