the only problem i had with the chai is the back is too short. im 6 ft 3in and the head rest hits me in the middle of my shoulder blades. other than that its great chair.
The chair remote control is a lifesaver. My husband had back surgery and it was hard for him to stand up from a regular chair. He says the chair is very comfortable
I am really loving this chair! I am 85 and multiply (sp?) disabled. The heat and massage are wonderful for us old-er guys and Im so glad we have it! Customer Service also wonderful. Buy it, you wont be sorry
This chair seems to be good enough but the controller has already tore up and I have search the internet trying to get a replacement for it but cant find one. I just bought it in July 2020 and this is just the first of November. While search for replacement I found others in the same predicament. I reached out to the company that made it and they sent me a new controller so that made things better. Now the chair is working again and mom is happy again so I gave a 4
Very easy to put together, sturdy, and works great ! My Bride broke Her femur near Her hip and the P T said this chair makes it too easy to stand up ! I think it helps tremendously !!!
I love this chair, extremely comfortable, I was reluctant to buy another chair with massage, I had purchased one 20 years ago and it was junk, but this one is very nice and feels great! I have ALS and the lift chair is something I needed and this one works great!
We bought 2 of these recliners. My husband has been ill and needed the lift to help him get in and out of his chair. He said yesterday this was a great investment and he loves the extras of message and heat.

I am a large woman and fits well for me. Very comfy. massagers ok not the best but for the money nice chair

Bad hand controller but awesome distributor and they fixed my problem.
