The chair did not work properly, but there customer service was outstanding. After I sent them a video of the chair the gave me a full refund...with no hassles. Cant thank them enough, I am disabled and would been able to afford another chair without the refund....Outstanding !!
The chair seems to be sturdy enough. It works well!! My wife likes the massage function. s customer service is great!! The power supply for the chair got damaged. My fault not theirs. However when I contacted the company to see about purchasing a replacement; they told me there was no need. They sent me a replacement free of charge. I dont review a lot of products, however, I felt that this was worth mentioning!! Thank you for your help if you by chance see this review!!
Very plush, very cheap, all components have slide into groves setup and not very stable not a big and tall mans chair by any means. Set in it one time and moved it to the bedroom where nobody ever sets.
I received my chair today Thursday much sooner than I thought, I just ordered it Sunday night... My husband put it together, all parts were included... I cant say enough good about it, its a wonderful comfortable chair... Id most definitely recommend it...
