UPDATED REVIEW: House did resend the missing items and made amends for the delay in receiving the chair in one shipment. I want to say it wasnt their fault the items were missing. It was FedExs fault. With the exceptional customer service and the amendment to the price Im changing the review to 5 stars. My MIL does LOVE the chair. Shes 52 and weighs 110lbs. So this fits her frame well. Thanks House for the amendment and prompt customer service detail!! I recommend this seller based off their customer service alone. But the chair is very nice too.
The back 1 of the arms wasnt sent with the order we had 2 wait almost 2 weeks to get a replacement! The chair is wonderful. If wed received items on time this would be a five star rating. Unfortunately the wait was critical bc the chair was for a 93 yr old who was stuck in a bed for those 10 days. Consequently she fell out of the bed so we arent happy about our experience with this seller.
This lift/recliner is everything that we needed for my wife suffering from a broken leg and problems with her other leg. Comfortable, built well, and easy to control the numerous functions. Also, great support staff getting a lost item reshipped ASAP.
I had no idea that this much could be written about cat kidney issues. I didnt know this much could have been written about ALL possible cat issues period.

Like the chair. Its good for price. I was informed it would arrive in 2 boxes. The 1st. arrived and no one seemed to know where the 2nd. box was or when it would arrive. It finally showed up a couple of days later.
Looked for 2 weeks to find a chair to use after knee surgery. Few recline absolutely 180 degrees like this one AND lift to fully standing. 2 motors (one for feet, one for back of chair) operate independently and at the same time. Speed is fine to get me up safely and quickly (about 15 seconds-ish). Arrived in good condition, 30 min assembly. Not too wide or too narrow. All family members tall to short tried the chair and were comfortable. Went for the smooth faux leather for ease of moving in it. Extremely comfortable, able to sleep all night (better than in bed after knee surgery). Cant beat the price. There was a cheaper chair but with worse reviews. Im SO glad I purchased the House 9188 dual OKIN motor model and HIGHLY recommend!!!

Not bad for the money...
Footrest could go up more, heat and massage work well. Pretty good chair, except the footrest should go up more.
