This chair is light and easy to move, easy to assemble, soft and comfortable. Foot and leg recline is separate from back recline, making it very versatile.
Nice firm chair, nice soft fabric. The lumbar heat and massage selections are nice. Easy to understand controls. Love that it lays flat and I like the accent pillow too! Needed it for recovery from rotator cuff surgery and it fits the bill.

Im only 50 but wanted a chair that could lay flat. Its comfy, but I had a stick shift style recliner and was used to popping in and out of it. I have to push the up or down buttons for the leg lift or back recline and the motors take longer than Id like. The chair is good, but it takes 10 seconds to lay back or rise up from chair. Great for Geezers, I live too fast. Haha
Not as comfortable as I expected. My feet hang out past the foot rest end, I am 5 7. The foot rest does not go high enough, it goes up to level, I was hoping it would go higher.Like Doctors tell you to get your feet up higher than your heart. This cant do it.

Wrong color and Material
I got my two chairs fast but they are the wrong color ( navy blue )and they are leather.Were suppose to be Blue Chenille an cloth .

Everything is motorized, little too slow

in heaven massage/heat lay all the way down/ comparable to 1600 dollar unit
great comfort good for neck/back--- could make massage control a littie longer
