Our grandson put this chair together in 10 minutes with no issues. The chair is very nice and easy to operate. The lift option brings it up to a height that is easy for my husband (he has Parkinsons) to stand up from. The heat and massage (many options for the massage) is great and much better than I expected. We are very pleased with the chair.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort is the arm rests. Their good when sitting in it but intrude somewhat when sleeping. I got used to them though. If larger person give some though to a wider chair. Definitely spring for two motors! This is a very good looking chair.

Been looking from Living Space,, Macys and this the only one I found that lay straight like a bed. Watch out for other brand advertised as sleep but only limited angle. Now my guest can use this as a bed in the living room.
We purchased two of these recliners in black faux leather. We were reluctant to purchase the chairs on line sight unseen however, fortunately the suppliers warehouse is located near to our home and they were very amenable to allow us to visit and see the chairs. Before we arrived they set up several operating chairs for us to see. Seeing the actual chairs was very reassuring. Delivery was within a week. Assembly was very easy for my wife and I to do. So far the recliners are very comfortable and have operated and fit perfectly. The operation of the remote controls are a little unclear however with some practice not hard to master. Time will tell how the chairs will hold up but at this point I am very optimistic. I would not hesitate recommending these recliners.
This is a lift assist chair for my husband who can barely walk with the assistance of a walker. I purchased it because the back goes all the way back for days when he sinks back into the car and needs to be repositioned. Havent had to use that feature yet but he finds the chair quite a bit more comfortable than his previous lift assist recliner.

Sleep better in this than ever have in a bed!

Very nice and comfortable
Easy to use, comfortable both for relaxing or even lay back for a nap. Was a great choice for me.
