Bought for my elderly father. He slept on it when too weak to go to bed.
It arrived damaged but my husband was able to straighten the pieces to make it work. Because of that, it took a long time to assemble.
This year was bought for 102-year-old woman. She feels like a queen! Before you buy, call Anne at house and she will help you! Much easier to buy through the company. plays games and tries to up sale you their warranty but you can get a year longer for free by going directly to the website. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced and the chair was easy to assemble and beyond impressed with the quality. Thank you House!
Im an almost 63 year old female and I have a lot of chronic lower back and hip pain due to osteoarthritis. We live on a cattle farm so Im used to physical work. I have a nice leather couch and loveseat but it kills my lower back and hip to sit on them After looking at several chairs and reading countless reviews, I decided to give this chair a try. Comfort was my main priority and the massage and heat were an additional bonus. The lift part may prove useful in the future.
It took me working alone about 30 minutes to assemble it. The hardest part was lining up the back to go into the slides but mostly because I couldnt see what I was doing. I got all the cords assembled easily and tried it out. All I can say is, WOW!! So far I am loving this chair!! It is so comfortable and now that Im retired, I can enjoy a nap in it every now and then. If it holds up well, I will easily give it 5 stars!! My husband will be jealous even though hes had a good napping recliner for years.
This is a solid and well-built piece of furniture. Putting it together was very simple. Its great to have a recliner that has leg adjustments independent of the back adjustments.
no information as to how to get service. chair has no heat and problem with controller. please advise.

Nice Chair
I liked it was easy to assemble. Everything about the chair is nice, the heating element could be a little stronger
