This was the perfect size chair for my 52 135lbs mother. Very easy for my brother to put together and customer service was great in answering questions. She love the recliner, the heated chair and the vibrator. So far, a wonderful gift.
Controls are difficult to understand. You press down to raise the foot rest.
I thought the heating and vibration unit cover the entire chain not just the back rest.
Otherwise the chair is comfortable and seems to be well made.

My wife bought it for me as thanksgiving gift. My son helped me set it up.
It is a high-quality chair. I use controller operate chair to lift up, lower down, extend footrest and lay down, all operations are very smooth and quiet. Dual motor enables me to maneuver chair to wide range of position. On top of that, I like luxury massage feature when I lay flat on chair. I leave chair in sunroom; heating function make me feel cozy and warm during cold weather.
Chair is well design; I like brown leather color and fluffy waist pillow. There are lots of details such as controller pocket and 8 types of massage modes.
My wife made the right choice and it is a great holiday gift for me. I will enjoy this chair for long time
Bought it for my dad whos 250lb, 511. His feet hang off but its comfortable enough for him to doze off on. The massage is an added benefit! Would definitely buy again.
Bought this for my Dad, who just broke 2 ribs and could not lay down in bed to sleep. Its been a life saver. He loves it! He said its deluxe, comfortable has helped him sleep while he heals. I contacted the seller and they quickly expedited the order. Highly recommend!
I bought this chair in anticipation of bilateral knee replacement surgery. Very comfortable, smooth, quiet operation of controls. Quality material. No off-putting smells. Extra pillow (provided) is perfect for head support (if desired) or lower back support. Fits perfectly into opening at mid back when in full recline (flat) position. Easy assembly - just read the directions first. Helps to have a second person to install the backrest. Make sure you look closely in the back to see that its properly latched into place. The base requires two people to move safely into place (although wheels on the back make this easier to do alone). Thankfully the delivery person helped to get the heaviest box inside the house. Two old ladies put this together in 30 minutes! Only thing I wish is the heat and massage would work at the lower back area instead of mid-upper back. Otherwise a perfect chair for for my needs.
