Arrived fast and great packing. Went together in 20 minutes and so comfortable my wife wont let me use. May have to get another. Lift works great for bad knees. Highly recommend for the price.
Product comes in two boxes and were delivered on separate days. Boxes are very heavy so you might need help carrying them in. Instructions were not that good but overall it was easy to assemble. The chair is very comfortable and seems very sturdy and well made. Love the massage and lyft features.
I had a problem with the Fed Ex Delivery. After contacting the seller it was resolved right away. This chair is comfortable and my father loves that he doesnt have to have his feet reclined but can lower the back.
I love how the feet go up the back stays up. My favorite position. It is firm for my hurt back. everything works, message, heat, lift. I see my Neurosurgeon Tuesday. I think I am ready for my surgery with this chair. If I need to sleep on this, it goes flat, if I want it to. I will update in the future. As of now I am so happy!!!
Husband has Alzheimers and Parkinsons so had to give up his Eames chair after a bad fall. Has been using this for several months now and loves it. Had assistance from a neighbor to assemble it but we had it done in less than an hour. It is very comfortable for him. I have to use the controls as he is unable to do this by himself but that is no problem. Good looking chair and not too large in our small retirement apartment.
I bought this chair for myself since I am having a total knee replacement in a few days. My son and daughter-in-law put it together for me. The directions could have been a bit clearer on where to run the cords for the remotes but a little intuition did the trick. I love this chair. It looks beautiful and is so comfortable! Its an amazing addition to my household! I cant wait to be able to have my feet up to ice my knee and still sit upright to eat or watch TV. The lay-flat feature will be great for quick naps and for those first few days home when I dont know if I will want to climb the stairs to go to bed. The lift feature will be so helpful to help me get up out of the chair. The bolster pillow for under my back in the chair space between chair back and chair seat during the lay-flat time is a bonus. Also the chair pad for the seat if you dont like sitting on the leather was an unexpected surprise! I didnt even know that would be included! Thank you so much for a wonderful piece of furniture!
When unpacking the chair a motor was not connected. The bolts were there but the pins that hold the bolts in place were not. We used electrical ties but they wont last. Would the seller please send us the pins to properly secure the motor.
