Was a little bit of a pain to put the headboard together, over all it seems reasonably sturdy. I am concerned as our 3 year old grows and maybe starts jumping on the bed a little more, that the slats might not make it. My biggest issue is that the frame seems to be about 2-3 inches too wide, so even with the mattress and box spring you can still see the slats on the sides. There is a gap there and I just wish the box spring fit more snug. The gap concerns me because with a toddler, its just the right size to get a wrist or ankle snagged in there.
We purchased this bed for my mother who moved into a memory care facility. It was the perfect size for her room. She is a small lady and although it's for a child it worked perfectly for her.
Have nothing but good things to say about this bed. It's sturdy, I like the look and design (simple but clean lines), good area under bed for storage and it was simple to put together.
It does sit a little high, but our 3 year old just uses a stool to get in in. Even though it is a little high we fully use the area under the bed for storage so it's worth it.
Really like this bed. It's so nice looking, and it's sturdy. There's a nice metal beam that runs down the center, and though I wouldn't jump on it, it is plenty sturdy for me and the kid to lie on together. Very easy to assemble! Love it!
I bought this thinking it would be really nice for my girls. From a far it looks nice but up close there is wood discoloration in some spots. It makes noises when my daughter moves around. Someone posted a video of the sound. Putting it together was ok. It took me all day.
My daughter doesn't like the ladder. It is very vertical. Which isn't comfortable trying to get on or off the top bunk.
Overall the beds do their job, I just wish the wood was all one color and the bed didn't make noise when the child is sleeping on the top bunk.
If you're poking for beds or a way to save space, BUY THIS BED! I was beyond ecstatic when I opened the packaging (which was amazing packaged). Each piece has numbers that made assembly a breeze. The directions were very easy to follow and the end product is beautiful and sturdy! I'm attaching a video of me adding a shim of paper towel to the lats which made it MUCH easier to align. One person can definitely assemble this, but it takes 2 to put the top piece on.

My older son sleeps alone up top but my 3 year old still wants a parent to snuggle with before falling asleep. Many beds had a weight limit of 200 lbs which just wouldnt be enough for a parent and 2 kids. The added bonus that these can be separated into 2 distinct beds if we wind up in a larger house with more room. The beds were easy to assemble and I did it myself up until the needed to be lifted over the full - thats definitely a 2 person job. Instructions were easy to read and follow, all of the materials were included and in perfect shape. Weve been using the beds for over a month and the quality is great - very happy and would recommend.
